Fee once paid is not refundable.
Name of the student shall stand struck off the roll if she fails to pay her fee by the end of the month. A late fee fine of Rs. 1 per day will be charged between 11th and 20th day of the month, and Rs. 5/- per day from 21st till the last day of the month. Re-admission fee shall be half of the admission fee. Habitual defaulters may be refused readmission in the school.
Any claim of having paid fees must be supported by official receipts. Students are strongly advised to get official receipts for all payments, and must keep them in safe custody.
School leaving certificate will be issued only after all dues have been paid. A student is expected to pay fee up to the month during which school leaving certificate is issued.
A student is required to inform the school, immediately of her decision to discontinue studies, failing which she will continue to run in arrears of fee which will have to be paid before school leaving i certificate is issued and Security Deposit is refunded.
The Security Deposit shall stand lapsed in favour of the School after one year of the declaration of final examination results.
Financial assistance to pay monthly fees and funds is extended to deserving students. Good academic performance and overall conduct are essential requirements for the grant or continuation of financial assistance.
Application for financial assistance must be submitted on the prescribed form at the beginning of the academic year or at the time of admission. Incomplete forms will not be considered for the grant of financial assistance. The school reserves the right to verify contents of applications for financial assistance.
Financial assistance may be withdrawn for misconduct, irregularity in class attendance, or poor performance.
